Description
Enameled Steel Tank:A high quality 2 mm steel tank with enamel coating provides resistance against corrosion.
Magnesium Anode:
The magnesium anode rod with a stainless steel core is long lasting and provides an extra protection against corrosion.
Thermostat:
A high-tech adjustable device comes with a variable setting option from 0°C to 75°C . The temperature of the water can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the thermostat knob. The device cuts off the electric supply as soon as water gets heated to that temperature. A capillary type of thermostat has been employed for this purpose.
Thermal Cut-out:
Athermal cut-out is an additional safety device. It operates only in case the thermostat fails to function. This device simply cuts off the electric supply at 96°C . It prevents the water from getting overheated and protects the heating element from dry heating. The thermal cut-out has to be manually reset before the heater can start operating again.
Multi-Functional Valve:
A multi-functional valve has also been included that acts as a pressure release valve, a non-return valve and an anti-vacuum and drainage facility.
PUF Insulation:
CFC free polyurethane foam insulation has been used for the fabrication of water heater which is environment friendly. It keeps the water hot for a much longer time and thereby provides energy saving of 40%.
Heating Elements:
The heating elements is made of incoloy stainless steel which is better than copper with regard to its longevity, efficiency and anti-corrosive properties.
High Pressure:
High working pressure of 8 bar in the inner tank makes it suitable for high-rise buildings.
